The Process

Together, we will work to help me get a better sense of your mission and preferences.
Taking the information learned in our discovery call, I will craft a mood board that should set the tone for your brand.
Feedback in this stage is highly encouraged!
Using the feedback on the moodboard, I will be able to present you with a few different variations of logo concepts for you to choose from. From there I will be able to make adjustments to the logos for the final brand
Keep in mind, three rounds of refinements are included in your package, any additional adjustments beyond that may result in an additional charge at the rate of $45 an hour.
After finalizing the variations of logos chosen, I will be able to build your Brand Guidelines which will include information about your brand and mission, logos and how to properly use them, color palettes, font selections, patterns and design assets and more.

Your final files will be delivered in a ZIP via email, including versions of each variation of your final logos in PNG, JPEG, PDF, and SVG formats, along with your mood board and brand guidelines in both PDF and Adobe Illustrator files.

The Process

During our one-on-one discovery call we will discuss your websites needs, the purpose of your website and your brands mission.
Be sure to submit ALL assets from your existing brand to include in your site (photos, logos, icons, patterns, etc.) and your pre-existing brand guidelines if you have one.
Taking the details learned in our discovery call, I will present you with a wireframe plan of the page structure and functionality of your website along with suggested samples for copy text. This is also when I will present you with a concept design of the homepage for your website incorporating your brand aesthetic.
Once we finalize the initial home page design, I will use its concept and aesthetic as the foundation for designing and developing the rest of your website. Before optimizing for mobile, I will present the designs for your feedback to ensure any necessary adjustments are made before moving forward.
Keep in mind, three rounds of refinements are included in your package, any additional adjustments beyond that may result in an additional charge at the rate of $45 an hour.
After making general adjustments to the page designs, I will then begin to optimize for mobile use to ensure your website is just as beautiful on a phone as it is on a computer. Once the designs have been locked in, I will begin outlining SEO in SquareSpace’s built in SEO function and adding alternative text to all included images.
After the ownership transition of your website, I will provide you with a few video tutorials on making simple adjustments to your site on your own to help you confidently edit as needed.
This will also begin the start of your included 1 month technical support period where I will be be available to help the launch transition run smoother.
